IMAP/COMPRESS support in Archiveopteryx

The COMPRESS extension provides simple zip/deflate compression for IMAP connections. It can reduce the bandwidth needs of an IMAP connection by as much as 80%, although 70% is more common.

COMPRESS is mostly supported by mobile email readers. It is part of the LEMONADE group of extensions. The COMPRESS specification was written by Arnt Gulbrandsen from Oryx, together with other members of the LEMONADE working group. Archiveopteryx was the first server to implement it.
