IMAP/CHILDREN support in Archiveopteryx

The CHILDREN extension is a simple way for the server to tell IMAP clients a little more about which mailboxes exist. If the client asks for information about inbox, a supporting server also tells it whether any mailboxes named inbox/anything exist.
